Jonna Anelma sells handmade jewelry, photo products and photography services. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Order and payment confirmation

When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately. When the products you ordered have been shipped, you will be notified by email. Save the order confirmation in case you have to contact customer service. always make sure that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging, except for gift wrapping, which you can buy separately.  You can choose the option that suits you best from the delivery methods available at checkout. 

Delivery time

The most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website. 

Return conditions

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original condition and packaging. Please notify us in advance of the return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the amount you paid via the payment method with which the order was paid. We pay for the return when the product is returned to us. An order that has not yet been delivered can be canceled free of charge. In such a case, cancel by email on a business day.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all the payments we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services.

You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.

You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is the result of other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Return terms and right of cancellation section.  If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
